These terms govern your use of the AdRelay API and website operated by Molitor LLC. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Service Description
AdRelay provides a unified API for managing advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. We act as an intermediary that normalizes requests and responses between your application and each ad platform. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party ad platforms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AdRelay to:
- Send spam, create fraudulent advertisements, or promote deceptive products or services.
- Violate the terms of service, advertising policies, or community guidelines of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or any other connected platform.
- Circumvent rate limits, abuse API endpoints, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
- Use the service for any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws.
Beta & Service Availability
AdRelay is currently in beta. During the beta period, we do not provide a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA). The service may experience downtime, breaking API changes, or feature removals. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes in advance but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Billing & Subscription
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise abused the service. Upon termination, your OAuth tokens and account data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
AdRelay is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Molitor LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost advertising spend, lost revenue, campaign delivery errors, or service interruptions, arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of AdRelay after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
