Privacy Policy
Effective date: March 2026
Molitor LLC ("AdRelay", "we", "us") operates the adrelay.dev website and API. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our service.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of data:
- Email addresses submitted through our early-access waitlist signup form.
- OAuth tokens from ad platform accounts you connect (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads). These tokens allow AdRelay to manage campaigns on your behalf.
- API usage logs including request timestamps, endpoints called, response status codes, and IP addresses. We use these for rate limiting, debugging, and service monitoring.
How We Use Your Information
We use collected data exclusively to:
- Provide the AdRelay API service, including authenticating your requests to Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads on your behalf.
- Communicate with you about your account, service updates, and — if you opted in — product announcements.
- Monitor and improve service reliability, performance, and security.
We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Data Security
All OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. All communications between your application and the AdRelay API are encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS. We follow industry best practices for key management, access controls, and infrastructure hardening.
While we take every reasonable measure to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
Data Retention
OAuth tokens associated with a connected ad account are permanently deleted when you disconnect that account from AdRelay. Waitlist email addresses are retained until you request removal. API usage logs are retained for up to 90 days for operational purposes.
Third-Party Services
AdRelay integrates with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads on your behalf. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service. We also use Formspree for waitlist form submissions, Vercel for hosting, and Stripe for payment processing.
Governing Law
This privacy policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
